2010 Hotel Information

Below is some information on hotels that will offer a discounted rate to the WMRA during the 2010 season.  Each of these hotels have parking available for tow rigs.   The rates below do not include taxes.  Some of these rates are significantly lower than the regular rates.  Rooms are already in short supply at some of these hotels so it may be wise to make reservations even if you are not certain you will be needing them.  You can always cancel them later.

We have two races scheduled in Ephrata.  For  the June 12th race the WMRA has twelve rooms set aside at the Best Western Rama Inn.  The rate is $84.99 and includes a continental breakfast.  Call 509 754-7111 by May 1st to get this rate.  Unfortunately the hotel has no rooms to set aside for our September 4 race because of a Dave Matthews Band concert at the Gorge.  You can call and ask to be put on the waiting list though, and they will call you if they get any rooms available.

Rooms in the Port Angeles area for the July 10th race are more expensive than many places.  The larger chains have group rates of $130 or more.  The Sequim West Inn in Sequim has set aside three king rooms for $81.00, three queen rooms for $75.00 and four double queen rooms for $89.00. These rooms all include free wi-fi, coffee, microwave and refrigerator.  The deadline to get these rooms is earlier than most, you must call 800 528-4527 by March 30.

The Cedars Inn in East Wenatchee has set aside twelve rooms for the WMRA race there on July 24th.  The rate is $85.99 and includes a hot breakfast buffet.  Call 509 886-8000 by June 24 to reserve a room.

A new hotel, the Ledgestone,  has set aside rooms for the August 14 race in Yakima.  The rate is $99.  This hotel offers 30% larger than normal rooms, a separate living room and bedroom, two flat screen TVs and wireless internet.  The number there is 509 453-3151 and the deadline for this rate is July 23.
